Finally is winter here and my favorite season with my favorite cuisine here....HOT POT season.Of course hot pot is very popular even in summer season too.So We're having hot pot at home.So we went to market and prepare our dinner at home!
We chose the sesame sauce for soup base! This is very nice I bet you have try 坦々面in China or Taiwan and there have so heavy sesame taste with noodle? I think just taste like.....no any similar food in Malaysia so can't describe so clearly.*Sorry*
The pork slice,vege,heckberry,mushroom,chinese cabbages,korean style dumplings,sausage and noodles!
So easy to make hot pot at home and you just need to make the soup base and all the ingredients inside so..here is it!!!!!As you see its look like the curry soup base hot pot,but it isn't the taste that you imagined.

How to make this hot pot become more tasty?So you must add some ''red oil''
p/s: This is not spicy as you thinked,coz Japanese are weak in spicy food!wtf
