The making of ''Valentine's pancake''

 

 

Hi everybody!Today gonna be a tutorial for making pancake!Thinking for making chocolate for HIM.In Japan,girls usually give boys chocolate and make a confession to the boys.Of course everybody will do married propose or have some romantic event as well.BUT,everybody makes chocolates,maybe I should make something special and different with others?Maybe a cheese cake?OH-NO,no time for buying ingredient so...finally I have an idea! PANCAKE that we usually had!So just do it!
 

Went to buy ingredient secretly,action secretly!lol
Pancake mixer,fresh strawberries,whip cream & some decoration like chocolates chip,sugar powder.



It's easy to make a pancake and everything in Japan is so convenient & easy and quick!Just ready the pancake mixer with fresh milk & eggs! *Japan's milk is awesome!*Saikoooooooo

Ingredients for pancake.You just need to prepare 200g pancake mixer,an egg & 100cc milk. (For 4 pieces)
Follow the step below!
①Pour egg & milk in a bow.
②Mix it slowlly and mix well.
③Add pancake mixer inside and mix well.
④Mix it gently and DO NOT mix it in a circular motion.
⑤Get a wet towel & heat the pan over medium.Then,oil the pan lightly.After heat the pan & place the pan on wet towel to cool down the pan a bit,put pan on the low heat.
⑥Pour 1/3 of the batter from heights of 30cm on to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.(Don't forget to set timer if you want it to be a delicious pancake)
⑦After 3 min,bubbles appear on the surface,flip with a spatula.
⑧Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
⑨Its ready to serve.











 Get ready for your decoration by using fruits or some chocolates.I will use strawberries and some whip cream maybe you can use your own!

 Actually feel so excited because my first time homemade deco cake for HIM and hope will surprise HIM! The outcome was...

HE so happy for that and post on my FB wall!
